We are pleased to offer the FREE 2-Part Workshop on Choices and Changes  and the Guide for Stroke Recovery  to those working in stroke care within the Toronto Stroke Networks.

The workshop will be held on the following dates: Tuesday, November 5th, 8:30am – 12:30pm & Tuesday, November 12, 2024, 8:30am – 12:30pm

Please note, attendance is required on both days to receive a certificate of completion.
